How do I get started with a product?
Unpack your purchase, read the included Quick Start notecard and place the product in Second Life. Open the owner menu to configure it. Requirements and permissions vary by product.
Can HERA products work together?
HERA products are designed with future integration in mind. Smart Greeter and AutoMessage PRO have a shared communication flow. Check the instructions included with your product for the integrations available in your version.
How does avatar authentication work?
For services connected to the planned HERA ONE portal, access starts from a HERA terminal in Second Life and is linked to the interacting avatar. Typing a UUID into a webpage will not be enough to grant access.

Select a product in the catalog to read its overview and first steps. For the complete configuration, use the notecards included with your purchase.
